Admission Requirements

Pass the admission test and interview
Complete the required documents
Signing the payment agreement of the tuition fees. (Noting that: The payment of the tuition fee and the regularity of the son / daughter in the school constitutes the implicit approval of the terms of the payment agreement)

Registration Approved Ages

Children eligible for registration at each level of Kindergarten:

KG 1: A child who has reached the age of three.
KG 2: A child who has reached the age of four.
KG 3: A child who has reached the age of five.

Primary Stage: The child who has completed five years and nine months on the first day of school will be accepted.

Intermediate and Elementary Stage: A student must have the previous grade certificate signed and stamped by the previous school.

Needed Documents

From KG to Grade 1:

Saudi students: a copy of family register, or the student ID and his guardian’s copy of ID, and a copy of the student’s passport.
Non Saudi students: valid passport and IQAMA with a copy.
vaccination certificate.
Birth certificate with a copy.
A medical report.

Grade 2 and above :

Acceptance letter by our school directed to the previous school.
The student’ file from the previous school including all the documents and certificates.
Original previous certificates.

students who have studied at International schools, Quraan memorization School, or who have studied abroad, must have an acceptance letter by the Ministry of Education.

Study fees for ONE academic year

Fees shown above are approved by the Ministry of Education at the moment of signing the contract. These fees are subject to change after approval of the Ministry. The modified fees will be applied as of the date of their adoption according to the Ministry's instructions.

Fees Payment Procedure

The guardian must pay the full tuition fees upon registration, in accordance with the contract.
The guardian must pay the fees due to his / her children. In case of delay in payment on time, schools may be sorry for not enrolling the student. The school has the right to give the vacant place to another student.

Siblings Discount

If two or more siblings enroll in schools, the full fees for the brother or sister are approved at the higher level of education will be fully paid, and then the discount will be applied for the brother, sister or other siblings on the lower grade as coming

Second sibling discount 5% of tuition fees.
Third sibling discount 10% of tuition fees.
Fourth sibling and above discount 15% of tuition fees.

Note: Siblings discounts are not valid and are only eligible only if the full fees of the semester is paid during the first week of the semester . In case of late payment for the second week, discount will not be valid.

Withdrawal Fees

If the guardian withdraw the student's file at the end of the academic year, he or she must submit the written withdrawal request to the school administration and fill out the form prepared before the beginning of the following year or semester. If the student begins the next year or semester, The table below informs the guardian about requested payment before receiving the student file.
